Steps to reproduce:

Confirmed browser.tabs.autoHide set to true in about:config.  Verified only one tab opened. Tried toggling the setting, restarting Firefox, and neither worked.


Actual results:

As of update to Firefox 23, tab bar shows even with only one tab open, despite browser.tabs.autoHide being set to true.


Expected results:

Tab bar should disappear when only one tab is open.
