Steps to reproduce:

1.open the camera app the toggle to the video mode, start a video recording
2.stop the video recording and press the home button
3.check the status bar


Actual results:

3. The background Icon of video is still in the status bar about one minute after the video recording is over 


Expected results:

3. The background Icon of video should disappear
