After activating a Java applet with no code or other params:
<object type="application/x-java-applet"></object>
<applet></applet>
... the click-to-play binding for it's element is not removed. Java may just fail to load in this CtP scenario.

Note that all plugin elements are fine when loading the test-case with Java already allowed.
