Hi, Comms functional team will make use Scrumbugs to manage Sprints going forward. Please grant the emails listed in the etherpad Admin privileges to Comms Apps. Thank you https://etherpad.mozilla.org/CommsScrumbugsEmail
That is a rather large number of admins. Are you sure they all need to be able to add/edit projects and sprints? Most bug actions are still handled in bugzilla and synced to scrumbugs automatically. I'd like to keep the admins to a minimum as we don't yet have the ability to limit an admin to a specific team or project.

actually what the team needs is more about adding bugs to sprints. I believe without admin access, the team will not be able to move the bugs around different sprints. Thanks
There is an option for that. As long as the sprint is created they can add "s=sprint-slug" to the whiteboard. If your team has a sprint with that slug, the bug will automatically move to the sprint. The manual bug moving features were designed for project managers, though a developer could certainly use them. I'll add everyone if you need it, I just wanted to explore whether it was truly necessary before adding so many. Thanks!
Hi Paul, i think it will be better if the team can move items around easily. it will be less overhead on one specific person. Please add everyone. Thanks
A couple things. 1. Everyone who needs admin access has to have already signed into scrumbugs at least once via Persona. Not every email in the etherpad has done that yet. 2. That etherpad is public, and I therefore don't know if it's been edited by someone outside your team. Could you get the final list of email addresses from your people and paste the list in this bug? Thanks.

I’ve just logged in, can you grant me admin privileges too, please?
