Steps To Reproduce 1. Start Nightly with newly created profile 2. Open New Tab 3. Click HOME button --- observe snippets 4. Repeat step 2 and 3 until snippets is missing 5. Attempt to search something Actual Results: Snippets is missing at step 3. Search does not work if snippets was missing. Expected Results: Snippets should display. Search should work.
