The choice of a higher or lower priority for outgoing mail is not displayed in
the current browser (0.9.2).  On Netscape 4.7, the choice was displayed in a
separate small window (actually a drop down menu bar) and remained visible until
the email was sent.
Go to Options > Priority to change it.
