I don't have a reliable way to reproduce this, but occasionally I get this error:

JavaScript Error: "TypeError: can't access dead object" {file: "chrome://browser/content/browser.js" line: 4500}

in GeckoConsole when trying to activate a link (and the link activation fails).

We don't use AccessFu anymore.
