body tag in composer persists when switching modes

When you click the "Show all tags" tab in composer, a yellow body tag box
appears. However, clicking the normal or preview tab does not dismiss the box as
it should. Clicking on the show all tags tab again adds another body tag box,
but the second will disappear if you click on normal or preview again.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the "Show all tags" tab
2.Click either normal or preview tab.
Actual Results: body tag box appears in normal and preview modes
Expected Results: box should not appear in normal or preview mode

I've seen this too. Probably a dup, but confirming and sending over to Editor
team.
