Tested on the latest Nightly built from 2013-08-11 (build ID: 20130811030225)
Based on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=854274#c23, the "Tab Bar" is not auto-dismissed when closing a tab(s)
Steps:
1. Open Metro Firefox
2. Open one or more tabs (with right click or CTRL + T)
3. Right click again to see the Tab Bar, and start closing one or more tabs
Expected results: the Tab Bar is not auto-dismissed when closing a tab(s)
Actual results: after closing one tab, the Tab Bar is auto-dismissed (so it's impossible to close more tabs at once)

Correction, from a start tab it works, from a regular web page it doesn't.

We don't want to dismiss all content ui, just contextAppBar on the views.

Went through the following "defect" for iteration #15 without any issues. Used the following build:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2013-09-30-03-02-05-mozilla-central/
- Ensured that the original issue described in comment #0 worked without any issues
- Opened several tabs under the awesome screen using "CTRL + T" and ensured that you can close them without the tab app bar being dismissed when closing the tabs
- Opened several tabs under the awesome screen using "+" under the tab app bar and ensured that you can close them without the tab app bar being dismissed when closing the tabs
- Opened several tabs using the flyout button and then selecting websites from "Recent History". Slide in the tab app bar and started closing all of the tabs without the tab app bar dismissing
- Opened several tabs using the context menu when tapping on links, ensured that the user can close all the tabs without the tab app bar being dismissed every single time
- Ensured all of the above test cases worked for both filled & full views
