Prereq: Have device set to Portuguese language

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130802164042
2) Tap on 'Napster' (Tente Agora)
3) Tap on 'Napster' (Tente Agora) icon
4) View what is listed

Actual:
Download Page is not localized

Expected:
Napster application is fully localized
