Details

It would be great to run reconfigs as a buildbot/jenkins jobs for several reasons:

- avoid dependency on the "my laptop" environment
- flaky WiFi
- formalized merge procedure
- can be run by sheriffs in case of emergency

We may need to figure out how to update the maintenance page.

Also like the jenkins idea - solves issues around central logs, scheduling, manual running, server-side environment, etc. I'll update bug 978928 to add this.
