This can also be handled easier by periodically removing the reflows that no longer exist.
Whiteboard: [Australis:P?][Australis:M?] → [Australis:P5][Australis:M?]

I put together a patch for this but it has too many per-platform special cases. Therefore, I don't think this is worth the effort required when we can remove obsolete reflows on a periodic basis.
