You can filter mail on most common SMTP headers except "reply-to".
It would be nice for an "other" option to specify the header by name e.g.
"x-mailer". You could then filter out Outlook users to the trash... ;-)

Wow, I thought we supported reply-to as search/filter criterion already.
Seth, do you think it would be hard to implement it? I would like to try my
hand at some backend stuff anyway...

reply-to is not a common header for people to filter / search on.
so it should not be in there by default.
but, it is exactly type of thing custom headers is designed for.
this is a dup of the "support custom headers" bug.
I beg to differ. Listbots often replace headers so that a post's To: field
matches the sender and the list is BCC:'d with the Reply-To: set to the list.
NSCP has Reply-To by default and my 4.x filters filtered my lists correctly, now
after migrating to Mozilla, it does not.
...you can also add "Resent-From" to the list of headers listbots often use.

I'm looking at 4.x on windows and I don't see "Reply To:" as a default header
choice.
can you screen shot 4.x and attach it?
Mea culpa...I added it via the advanced tab years ago and forgot that I had.
Shoot me.
