Properties window (in manage bookmarks) of IE bookmarks don't close itself when
then OK button is pressed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Bookmarks
2.Manage Bookmarks
3.Select IE Bookmarks Folder
4.Press Right Button of mouse and click on Properties
5.Click OK Button and don't close this window

Actual Results:  OK Button don't close the properties window

Confirming on 2001071104 on Win2K.

I'm getting this JS error in the JS Console when opening the dialog:

NOTE: Cancel closes the dialog

The dialog has 'Properties for "**bm_title**"' as title, and this behaviour also
happens as reported in bug 95991 with a new bookmark placed in the personal toolbar:
1. Copy the current url in the adress bar
2. Paste it in to the personal toolbar.
3. Try renaming the bookmark. 

The dialog can't be dismissed with the OK button and the same errors popup in
the JS console
