From the log, ril did report card state changes to "ready" after airplane mode off. But Setting still shows "Unknown SIM card state". Arthur, do you have any idea about this? Thanks.

I cannot reproduce it with the build: https://pvtbuilds.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/b2g/nightly/mozilla-central-unagi/2013/08/2013-08-19-04-02-03/
I also tried https://pvtbuilds.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/b2g/nightly/mozilla-central-unagi/2013/08/2013-08-07-16-11-17/, still cannot reproduce...

I can reproduce it. Sorry I kept looking at `Cellular & Data` section and it worked well. The issue occurs on `Call Settings` section.
