90458 - Help->About_Mozilla fails to load

Help->About_Mozilla fails to load. New window is launched but about page does
not load (or even attempt to - there is no help:about in address bar). If
homepage set, homepage is loaded in new window when help->about_mozilla is clicked.

Help->About_Plugins works fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Moz
2. load any webpage or use about:blank
3. click Help->About_Mozilla


Actual Results:  New window loads, no content.

Expected Results:  New window loads - About Mozilla should be displayed.



About->Plugins loads correctly but in the same window (i.e. a new window is not
launched to display the information). Should this info not be presented in a new
window, as About->Help is obviously trying to do??

This bug was fixed recently.  Please log bugs after testing on a more recent 
build.
