* releaseConfig['l10nUsePymake'] is set to True in the release configs
* BRANCHES['mozilla-beta']['platforms']['win32']['l10n_slaves'] = SLAVES['win32'] is deleted

Those fixes are happening on bug 902293. We switched the l10n_slaves to w64-ix* between 23.0 and 23.0.1 in bug 898099.
