This bug covers updates to the video detail page when voting ends. Included: - Removal of "vote button" - Possible change to display # of votes {will clarify in bug when details known}

confirmed we are not changing the display of votes on the detail page.

Preserve vote count. Also changed link in header to 2013 videos. It was pointing to a non-existant section of the HP.
