While in the 'Vivo Chat' application if the user receives a phone call the phone experiences a performance issue

Repro Steps:
  1. Open Vivo Chat application.
  2. Enter Telephone Number 
  3. Press 'Eviar Codigo' button
  4. Enter 'Codigo' 
  5. Enter 'Validar'
  6. Press 'Entrar' button
  7. Tap on 'Bate Papo'
  8. Tap on 'Bate Papo 7'
  9. Begin typing a message
 10. Receive a phone call
 11. View what is happens

Actual:
Transition from 'Vivo Chat' to phone call causes phone to drop on performance

Expected:
The phone performance gracefully handles phone calls while in the 'Vivo Chat' application

So far we haven't worked with Vivo. As the video is gone, where would I start? Could an app running in the background impact the performance?

triage: Can you please describe how long it takes to transition to a phone call? Also, can you please get a profile of the problem. The profile guide is here - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Performance/Profiling_with_the_Built-in_Profiler.

This isn't right also - we have preinstalled apps directly from Vivo.

I have tried to repro this bug on Leo and Buri, I am not able to get passed step three as I do not receive a sms to proceed with opening my account. On the website http://m.mobchat.com.br/vivo/Subscribe/MsisdnInput the website asks for a phone number format of AA NNNN-NNNN.
