Description:
The users sees offline message displayed in English instead of Serbian-Latin in the Browser app.
Prerequisite:
1) Disable Data and Wi-fi.
2) Set the language to Serbian-Latin.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130813041202
2) Open the Browser App
3) Attempt to go to a website ex: www.mozilla.org
Actual:
Offline message that displays in browser appears in Serbian-Latin
Expected:
User should see offline message in the language in Serbian-Latin

I have reproduced the steps and this one appears to be fixed (it displays offline message in Serbian latin)
