Description: The users sees offline message displayed in English instead of Serbian-Latin in the Browser app. Prerequisite: 1) Disable Data and Wi-fi. 2) Set the language to Serbian-Latin. Repro Steps: 1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130813041202 2) Open the Browser App 3) Attempt to go to a website ex: www.mozilla.org Actual: Offline message that displays in browser appears in Serbian-Latin Expected: User should see offline message in the language in Serbian-Latin -Environmental Variables- Leo Build ID: 20130813041202 Gecko: http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-b2g18/rev/36bbc5943448 Gaia: df57dcec720493bedff4601499d78c147ad7d253 Platform Version: 18.1 Notes: Repro frequency: 100%

I have reproduced the steps and this one appears to be fixed (it displays offline message in Serbian latin) Attaching image (gaia 1.3).
