904930 - [Leo][Vivo Chat] Keyboard overlay is not dismissed after user sends a message

After user types a message and submits the message the keyboard stays up and does not close.  

Repro Steps:
  1. Open Vivo Chat application.
  2. Enter Telephone Number 
  3. Press 'Eviar Codigo' button
  4. Enter 'Codigo' 
  5. Enter 'Validar'
  6. Press 'Entrar' button
  7. Tap on 'Bate Papo'
  8. Tap on 'Bate Papo 7'
  9. Type a message
 10. Tap on 'Enviar' (Send)
 11. View what is listed

Actual:
Keyboard stays open after user taps on 'Enviar' (Send)

Expected:
Keyboard closes once user taps on 'Enviar' (Send)

Don't think so. The patch in that bug focuses entirely fixing the issue in the SMS app, but not generally in regards to the keyboard.

The video here confirms this is actually a 3rd party issue - this doesn't look like a bug in the keyboard. Moving over to TE.

Judge from video:
I believe it's app itself focusing the input again after pressing send.

Could we have the website to test? I cannot repro this using UITest->window.open->type something and press anywhere in the popup, keyboard disappears.
