Unable to hide the phone number by dialing *31#09xxxxxxxx. Android version of the same smartphone has no such problem with same APTG account.

1. Dial out *31#09xxxxxxxx
* Expected Result
Remote party cannot display incoming call number.
* Actual Result
DUT number can still be displayed on MT side.

Some note:
The temp CLIR function works fine on gsm. On CDMA, I checked the ril log and everything looks good, no error. I'm wondering whether there's a different ril_request or AT command for CDMA. More investigation needed.
