When user turns off network signal in middle a chat room user is able to type and press send for a message.  User does not receive a notification saying internet connection has been lost

Repro Steps:
  1. Open Vivo Chat application.
  2. Enter Telephone Number 
  3. Press 'Eviar Codigo' button
  4. Enter 'Codigo' 
  5. Enter 'Validar'
  6. Press 'Entrar' button
  7. Tap on 'Bate Papo'
  8. Tap on 'Bate Papo 11'
  9. Type a message and press 'Enviar'
 10. Pull down notification bar and click on Airplane mode
 11. Pull up notification bar to view chat room
 12. Type a message and click send
 13. View what happens

Actual:
User does not receive a notification saying internet connection has been lost

Expected:
User gets a notification saying that internet connection has been lost
