Build: 6/29/99 SeaMonkey build

1. Use http://jimbob/trigger2.html
2. Do not use drop-down button unless you want to crash
3. From Trigger URL field, trigger http://jimbob/jars/a_adddelcomp.jar

RESULT:
The subdirectory and file are installed as expected.  The Install.log correctly
shows the triggered jar.  The version registry shows:

a_adddelcomp
    RefCount (S)=1
    java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.Object

EXPECTED RESULT:
The version registry shows the Path and Version.
a_adddelcomp
    RefCount (S)=1
    Path (F)=Path to installed file
    Version (S)=1.0.1.8
