Details
Highlighting in an add-on's preferences page doesn't work.
STR:
1. Install an add-on with preferences (e.g., VimFx)
2. Go to "preferences" for that add-on
3. Try to highlight text from the info pane
Expected:
Can highlight text
Actual:
Can't highlight text (e.g., links to external pages, github project)

This is pretty normal for UI text, but I can see why this is wanted.
I suspect we only allow plain text here, I wonder if there's an existing bug on allowing some limited/filtered HTML or markdown.
