90600 - Can't press Ok button in preferences after going to Advanced->System

I just downloaded the latest trunk. The first thing i did is go in preferences,
advanced, system. I checked somes checkbox and then I couldn't click ok, neither
 go on any other preferences sections. Cancel works, thought.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go in Edit > Preferences...
2. Expand Advanced
3. Click on System

Actual Results:  All you can do then in the window is click cancel, maybe help
work too

Expected Results:  well........

Thomas, please try to use a more recent build when logging bugs.  Your build is 
4 months old and lots of bugs have been fixed since then.

Heh? I didnt noticed this, but i downloaded the latest trunk installer that 
wern't on the ftp one hour ago!!

got it from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/2001-07-12-18-trunk/
Ill download and install it again....

Reopening bug, isnt exactly a dupe of 80946 because of the change in the
javascript error that appears:

I see this bug, win98, Mozilla build 2001071214 (2001-07-12-18-trunk), with js

...on entering "System".

Subsequently, when clicking around in the left pane, the left pane responds as
expected, but right pane does not update. Also, ok button responds but does not
actually do anything. Both clicking in left pane and ok button produces js
error, identical except Line: 114.

Tuukka: I don't have any js error, but thats what i mean about not being able 
to use left pane & ok button. 

Sairuh: This but is with the trunk only, not branch (look at my 2nd comment).

Also, another difference from the bug 80946, clicking ok does _not_ saves 
changes.

anyhow, i checked some older builds, and the 2001.07.11.07-trunk build behaves
fine [able to dismiss Prefs w/OK after viewing System; don't see the js error
re: pref-winhooks.js]. so, this is a very recent regression.

original 2001-07-11 patch to bug 83433, revised 2001-07-12.
