The Firefox and Thunderbird submission pages don't specify what the units for promptWaitTime are, so it's unclear what the value should be. This adds a mention of seconds to the comment.

RelMan will want to use this for real in bug 829227 soon.

bhearsum, do I need WebOps push bugs for both staging and production or do we have Chef ?

Ah, we've got access to Chef. Do you want the URLs/passwords to do the push yourself?
