Attached file logcat with RIL log.
Wasabi reference phone only can use 1xRTT data call, not EVDO. Compared with Sharp device using same APTG account under same location, camping on same BID, NID and SID, Sharp device can use EVDO Rev.A data call. Checking the radio info on reference phone Android version, network type keeps switching between 1xRTT and EVDO Rev.B. * Build Number Gaia: 8fd7f5656d75f6c7ce73a93addd21e7f33a7943f B-D 2013-08-19 00:22:59 Gecko: f91fb63da2d6cead5c03f8d075afce68d7fe1921 BuildID 20130819061633 Version 26.0a1

according to the RIL triage meeting consensus on 8/22, this issue remains koi?. this is due to we need further information. 2 actions: 1. China members help to test N970 under china NW and see if N970 can camp on EVDO successfully 2. Ken will bring one N970 to USA next week to test as well. hi Enpei, please update china members' test result here once its available.
Hi all, Here is the result. At the beginning, Peipei already had one N970 with FxOS. FxOS : (with latest build from TWCI server.) * Voice call works. * No 3G icon, data call is not working. Android: (update back to Android from FxOS) * Voice call works. * With 3G and 1x icon shows, but never become green words, and data call is not working still which means unable to load any website.

Based on partner's reply, this could be resulted from no suitable configuration on reference phone for carrier in Taiwan. And they could not provide solution for this. We will leverage Mozilla China's effort to proceed related tests under China Telecom network.
