Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.2) Gecko/20010628
BuildID: 2001062823

If you try to start Mozilla (same with NetScape 6x) when audio channel is busy,
it not drows on the screen until channel will be freed.

Same can happen on certain URLs...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start xmms
2.Start playing smth
3.Start mozilla
4.Mozilla will not draw, while ps will show it presence
5.Stop xmms
6.Mozilla will draw itself on the screen

Actually, can't suggest, what component is responsible to this...
This is a known dupe, cant remember which one
It works for me, using kde 2.1
