STR:
1. Set device language as Spanish/Portuguese.
2. Disable Wifi and Data connection.
3. Open "Mi Movistar" application (Error screen displayed)
Expected:
The error string should be properly localized.
Actual:
The error string is displayed in English.

That error message isn't stored in the app ('Imposible conectar con MiMovistar. Por favor, compruebe que tiene conexión o inténtelo más tarde.' is hardcoded) - its triggering the OS alert instead.
I've notified the developer the fallback isn't working but the OS message should be properly localised as well really.

The OS alert for no network availability has been fixed in bug 796750.
