Build ID: 2001-07-13-04, Windows 2000. Summary: Window resize after selecting a folder then scrolling leads to mispaint. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Edit | Mail/News Account Settings 2. At the server level, click "Offline and Disk Space" 3. In the right-hand side of the window, click "Select" under the title, "Offline and Disk Space". This brings up the "Select Items for Offline Usage" window. 4. Resize this window so that scrollbars appear. 5. Make a selection, then scrolldown so that your selection isn't visible anymore. 6. Resize the window. Expected Results: Window resizes and draws the content in real-time. Actual Results: We fail to draw what has been scrolled off of the view. I'll attach a screenshot. If it doesn't fail the 1st time for you, keep trying ;-(

CANNOT reproduce it.
I can reproduce it easily, but it may have to do with the size and/or complexity of the list/number of accts... This looks like the same redraw effects as I saw when collapsing accounts from bottom upward in the select items dialog some time ago. I'm pretty sure I logged a bug, will look for it for reference purposes.
OK, it was Gary who logged it and I commented -- see bug 83555
