steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/comm/
2. Click on Respond
3. Enter some text and click 'cancel Reply'
4. Click on Respond again


expected behavior:
The input field has been cleared of previously entered text

observed behavior:
Input field is not cleared
