I haven't tracked this down yet.
It appears it's a non-fatal issue, but it's worrying.
I hit this on gd3.

I updated the conversion dir on gd2 and didn't hit this issue.

Next:

* compare shas between gd3, gd2, and gecko.git on all branch heads.  I know gd3:master existed on gecko.git:master as of a couple hours ago.  This is just a double check.

* potentially stop converting on gd3, update gd2's conversion dir, rsync gd2's conversion dir onto gd3, and restart gd3 conversion.

Since there's a potential of local corruption on gd3, and gd2 doesn't seem to have it, this looks like a good workaround.  Being able to trust the automation FTW.
I wasn't able to figure this out, and removing the sha from the mapfile didn't help at all.

However, gd2's conversion dir worked perfectly.
