In bug 885062, I updated TabsInTitlebar._update to take customize mode into account. Currently, it does its calculations at the end of the transition. This means that when entering customize mode, you can briefly see a glimpse of window background between the titlebar and the top of the navbar as the window transitions. We should try updating the height of the titlebar before then.
