User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/28.0.1500.95 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: setting up email account for lcn.com imap host: mail.lcn.com security type: none port: 143 Actual results: No option to turn off ssl secure connection unable to establish a secure connection with 'mail.lcn.com'. There may be a problem with your net work or the server. [bad security] Expected results: mail.lcn.com does not accept secure connections security none should be an option in email manual setup
OS: All → Gonk (Firefox OS)
Hardware: All → ARM
We implemented STARTTLS support on bug 847032 which landed in September 2013 and should be present in v1.1 and all subsequent releases. mail.lcn.com's IMAP server on port 143 advertises STARTTLS and the certificate validates so I assume this works now.
