This is typically required in headers, so it'd be nice to avoid having to include jsfriendapi.h for it.

I'm going to remove jsfriendapi.h's dependence on jsapi.h soon, so this may be less useful than it currently appears.

(More specifically, I have in-progress patches to remove dependencies on jsapi.h for all the following files: jsfriendapi.h, jsproxy.h, jswrapper.h, jsdbgapi.h, jsclass.h.)

jsfriendapi.h no longer includes jsapi.h, as of bug 909623.
