In the Mozilla skin, most textarea elements can not be resized horizontally. Eg, as I'm filing this bug, the "Description" field can not be resized horizontally. Similarly for the "Additional Comments" field on the show_bug.cgi page. I'm guessing there are other pages with the same problem.
