[story] As a user, I don't want to be forced to create a Firefox Account when I first start using Firefox, so I can start using the browser as quickly as possible once I've downloaded and installed it.

Hrm. Another unstory, what a user doesn't want wrt something that doesn't exist yet. What sort of negative psychic are we consulting here? ;)
How about,"As a user, I'd want the option of creating a Firefox Account on first run, so I can choose to make the account or start browsing without one."
