If the phone lock is enable and user forget the password code, how to unlock the passcode. 
Do you have any ways to unlock?

In android, send the passcode to gmail account.

Yes, as :bajaj described, we don't provide a way for the user to retrieve this passcode or reset it. I can discuss it for v1.2 or v1.3.

Jacqueline, do you know if this is being looked at as part Where's My Fox?

As far as I'm aware, Where's My Fox is not covering this case. Currently, WMF will provide the ability to create a passcode, but once you do this, there is no way to recover this passcode if you forget it. It is treated like a regular passcode once enabled. I agree that this is definitely needed.

Bruce, would this not fit under the lockscreen and therefore System=Platform team?

I do think this is needed and would likely need to tie into Firefox Accounts or the default email address configured on the device.

I think the original idea is that we would need some kind of account tie in and that's where the meat of the feature would lie.  The lockscreen would probably be really thin on logic here since it's just handling the password.
Let's put in the services backlog related to Firefox Accounts?  It would touch many parts including lockscreen and settings but the server side will need to do the heavy lifting.
