Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to http://mozzor.com/
2) Hover over a circular button in the header
3) Observe the way the font "blurs" a moment after the tooltip first appears
Actual results:
The font in the tooltip "blurs" after appearing on the screen.
Expected results:
The font should not have a noticeable blurring effect (as seen in Chrome or IE)

Reproducible with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1 ID:20110413222027 CSet: fca718600ca0 too.
