Details
1. Open any page that is too big to fit the screen.
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87764 should do.
2. Left-click and hold on the vertical scroll bar.
3. Move down. Page scrolls. [Good]4. Move a little left, then down. Page
still scrolls. [Good]
5. Repeat 4. At some point, the whole page warps to the top. [Bad]
This is recent behaviour. I see it in 2001071522. It looks deliberate
but is, IMHO, highly annoying. It is inconsistent with all other
scroll-bar bearing programs on my desktop.
(The bug in the url above is not related. It's just a sample page.)

Ok, it's welcome reaction to fixing the bug #22175.
Please, oh please make thumb behaviour configurable, I am not using Linux to
suffer idiotic GUI behaviour of Windows.
