Description:
Keypad entries have a 2-3 second delay from button selection

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to v1.2 Build ID: 20130827040201
2) Restart device
3) Select Dialer
4) Select Keypad
5) Enter a phone number

Actual:
Keypad entries will be dalyed by @2-3 seconds

Expected:
Keypads entries are updated as they are entered

The key pad was working fine on 7/31 and was not sluggish.

Issue started occurring from 08/01 where entering the number had some lagging issue and deleting was also slower.

The str to reproduce this issue are:
1) Open up the dialer app try typing in the number and deleting couple of times
2) Tab the home button 
3) Try opening the dialer after 5min or so and try typing the number and deleting  it, that’s when the issue will occur. 

Note the issue is more obvious on 08/26 build

Gralloc lock failures are a known issue that cause jank on buri.
