User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130814063812 Steps to reproduce: I just have my new laptop and i was downloading programs i needed, non of the programs should interfeer with firefox. Actual results: So i want to click on the download button to expand a list of downloads but the list is not showing up, although if i click where the file should be in the popup list, it opens that file i have downloaded. So the only problem is that when I click the download button (to get the list of already downloaded files), the list itself is invisible but i can click on it and it works Expected results: the list should be visible

Using build ""Firefox Setup Stub 24.0b3.exe" on Win7 ( Home Basic): Clicking on Tools->Downloads will launch the Downloads windows. It even shows the listing of downloaded files. On clicking the recently downloaded file it opens it up. However, the files that have been removed from the download folder keep on showing in the listing and if I click on such a file in list nothing happens. Maybe a message saying that the file is no longer available in the download folder would be helpful.
ganesh, is this still happening? I'm not able to reproduce it in Firefox 25. Thanks!

After open and a closing a couple of times the Download panel , through the downloads button, it comes a time when the button doesn't react anymore. I have to use Ctrl+j to open the downloads panel or restart firefox
Closing this old bug, looks like the original issue isn't reproducible. Alvin, comment 3 seems a different bug than the one originally reported here. It may have already been fixed, but if you still observe it please file a new bug.
