Description:
When user tries to enter a URL or some text into browser or messaging app, there is a lag seen in entering the characters.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri v1.2 to Build ID: 20130827040201
2) Tap on Browser,enter an URL or
3) Tap on messaging app and enter some text
4) Observe that there is a lag in characters showing up.

Actual:
There is lag when characters are entered into browser/sms/contacts 

Expected:
No lag is observed when characters are entered into browser/sms/contacts

After further investigation, Repro rate seems to be about 60% and issue repros on 4 out of 6 Buri devices

gralloc lock failures are a known issue that cause jank on the buri.
