Description

The vast majority of the failures in bug 689856 are from the dom-level* tests running out of memory and crashing. This is probably the top source of Android mochitest orange. I will be skipping these tests on Android shortly. This bug can be used to track re-enabling them when the underlying problem is diagnosed and fixed.

Disabled on trunk.

I'll note that Aurora/Beta don't seem as badly affected.
