With bug 883103 we got our new Ubuntu 13.04 VMs so the existing VMs for 12.10 are not needed anymore. The requested VMs have been deleted from the VM host, inventory, r/dns and https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/websites/QA+Automation+ESX+Service#QAAutomationESXService-DeployedVMs As for the templates, I appended "_Bug-910277" to their name. They will be delete when an Inventory Clean up is made but you can count on their deletion. However, you do have a buffer in case the need arises where you would need them =).
