STR:
  1. Open Notes application and click menu icon.
  2. Add new Notebook using '+' button.

Expected:
  Delete option should be available for removing Notebook's

Actual:
  Delete option is not present for removing Notebook's

You need to long tap the notebook in order to be able to rename or delete it.
I fixed the issue and submitted version 1.0.8 to the marketplace.

I just tested 1.0.8. Long tapping the notebook brings up the option to delete it, and the functionality works properly.
