As found in bug 908681, the current build environment on Windows doesn't have mktemp.

This is probably a bug for mozilla.org::MozillaBuild, followed by a Release Engineering::General Automation bug "deploy new version of MozillaBuild to all build slaves".

The one available in the msys installer works fine for me, I don't know if this is the same, but probably it is.

Current mozilla-build uses MSYS 0.10.11.  The following binary is better.

Funny story, the version of tar we include in Mozillabuild doesn't support lzma.
