I've seen Hyper Text transfer protocol used elsewhere in Mozilla too, dunno if
there's other bugs filed on those.

Surely this qualifies for Brendan's auto-SR of string-only changes? AIUI, files
aren't frozen for embedding, interfaces are. And they are marked FROZEN.
