91096 - Not playing "nice" with Zope managment frames

I was able to use 0.9.1 build with the Zope manager interface with no problems
but 0.9.2 has an annoying problem. When switching to the View tab in the frame
displaying the folder contents, browsing to another directory using the sidebar
frame should default the display frame to a "contents" view but stays on a
"view" view. The only way to get back is to close all Mozilla instances and
start again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Zope
2. Browse management screens and select View tab
3. Try getting back to displaying the Contents.

Actual Results:  Default to "Contents" view is broken. The session gets stuck in
"View" mode for the display frame.

Expected Results:  Using the sidebar on the left, whenever an object or folder
is selected the default display on the right is of the object or folder's contents.

Sorry I can't provide you with a Zope site to test here, it would involve giving
you global management rights. Otherwise, I always set up a test URL for you for
Zope problems. It only takes a few minutes to download, install and run Zope
locally from www.zope.org.

Note: I have just tried this on Zope installed my local Windows 2000 machine 
and cannot reproduce the fault. The "problem" Zope is on a Linux server using 
Apache SSL via FastCGI. I will add more comments if anyone else can reproduce 
this fault. I will also see if I can provide limited access to a sample site as 
this may be the only way to resolve this.
